Dear Chairman,
In the name of a merciful and compassionate God.
Our Nicaraguan people and Government, knowing the victories achieved in the struggle for freedom, self-determination, national sovereignty and independence, proudly pay tribute with great joy and revolutionary enthusiasm to the commemoration of the 72nd anniversary of the Egyptian Revolution, a historical milestone for the country and the world, which succeeded in ending foreign occupation, abolishing the monarchy and proclaiming a republic.
We of Nicaragua, ever-blessed and ever-free, express our fraternal revolutionary solidarity with the people and Government of Egypt and reaffirm our firm will to continue to strengthen the bonds of friendship, solidarity and cooperation that unite our peoples and Governments.
