The three-day Bhutan Literature and Arts Festival ended in August. The festival was founded by Her Majesty Queen Rinpoche and has been celebrated since the beginning for cultural and skills exchange. This year’s festival had stories from around the world and performances from 14 countries. The event had 70 participants.
