Neighbors of Hell A young mother of a young child refused to be molested. A 2-month-old baby was thrown to the ground and died in a rage.

The young mother of Hell’s neighbor refused to have anything to do with him. He took revenge on his two-month-old baby by grabbing his head and smashing it to the ground until he died.

On July 22, 2024, Lieutenant Pichit Chuamueangphan, Deputy Inspector (Investigation) of Wiang Kaen Police Station, Chiang Rai Province, received a report of a child being murdered. He notified his supervisor and rushed to the scene of the incident together with doctors from Wiang Kaen Hospital and Chao Luang Wiang Kaen Welfare Association in Ban Huai Laeng, Village 2, Tha Kham Sub-district, Wiang Kaen District, Chiang Rai Province.

The scene of the incident was located in a 2-storey cement house in Tha Kham subdistrict, Wiang Kaen district. The deceased was a newborn baby named Ms. Linlada, aged 2 months and 15 days. She had a wound on her head. The deceased died on the ground floor of the house where the incident occurred, including Ms. Chanikan Saewa, 20, the mother of the deceased’s child. She cried beside her daughter’s body in a state of regret.

Upon questioning, the child’s mother, Ms. Chanikaan, said that at about 2:30 p.m. on July 21, she was coming out to collect the diapers that were drying in front of the house. They let their two-and-a-half-month-old daughter sleep on a mattress on the first floor of the house. There was also Mr. Li, about 40 years old, whose house was just across the road. He came in and grabbed his arm and threatened him to sleep with him. If he didn’t agree, he would go and kill his daughter.

Ms Chanikan refused and ran away. Mr Lee then walked into the house, grabbed Ms Linlada’s legs and slammed the child’s head into the concrete floor of the house. The child died instantly and Mr Lee ran away after the incident and returned to his home. The police then followed and arrested the perpetrator in the house on the other side of the road. He was spared from being taken to Wiang Kaen Police Station for further questioning.

The accused confessed that today I was alone. I have no family but I had a crush on Miss Chanikaan for a long time and today I had the chance to be my husband. Ms Chanikaan was away at work. So he decided to cross the road and break into the house. He meant to threaten him and have sex with him. But the young mother disagreed and ran away. The accused then went in and murdered the child. Then he fled back to the house. The police charged him with intentional and premeditated murder. Under criminal case number 246/2567
