The aim is to hold Navy Day in Den Helder in early July 2025. However, other activities place too much of a burden on the navy. This involves the deployment of ships and marines for operations and exercises. The armed forces also expect to have to contribute to security around the NATO summit in The Hague next summer.
Staff parties, student days and Veterans Day will be held at the same time. More information will be announced next year.
