Open pilot project

The project continues the “Nakhon Phanom model” that brings Thai medicine and Thai herbs. The drug treatment used treats addicts as patients who need treatment. In order to recover from drugs, patients are taught to understand their own mental state. Know yourself and see your own value, and heal the mind through meditation, chanting, making the mind happy, and using music and art therapy.

Health Innovation Program

While the successful model includes Nakhon Phanom 3 provinces of warm clinics Mukdahan and Nong Bua Lan Phu people found that it can reduce drug addiction in urine and blood. Follow the principles of herbal detoxification, exercise and psychotherapy.

This research project investigated the effectiveness and safety of using herbal medicines and Thai traditional medicines to treat drug addicts by comparing laboratory test results before and after receiving treatment.

Research is being conducted and this comprehensive treatment model has been extended to other parts of the country.
