Millions of American workers in every industry have signed some form of non-compete agreement, and the prevalence of such agreements means that workers may be excluded from their own industries when they seek to change jobs.
Today’s show tells the story of one man’s attempt to end a non-compete contract in his hometown of Hawaii. We updated that story with coverage of a recent Federal Trade Commission ruling that could ban most non-compete agreements nationwide.
