Mohammed bin Rashid Library publishes 5 scientific papers

The Mohammed bin Rashid Library, in partnership with Wasl University, announced the launch of five new editions of scientific papers written by a group of Emirati researchers with PhDs, in the presence of an elite group of scholars, researchers and officials, and made them available on the shelves of its specialized branches, in addition to printing 200 copies of each, and allocating one copy of each and giving it to researchers.

Dr. Muhammad Salem Al Mazrouei, Member of the Board of Trustees of the Library Foundation, stressed the importance of this step in strengthening the academic and scientific environment at the national level, and stressed the Library’s commitment to providing the necessary support to researchers and scientists to achieve their achievements, publish their valuable research, and make the most of it.

He explained that these publications represent part of the library’s strategic vision to exchange knowledge, publish scientific research and make it available to all members of society, in line with the leadership’s aspirations for comprehensive development and rejuvenation over the next fifty years. Scientific research is the foundation of the nation and a path to prosperity, progress and advancement of society.

For his part, Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Abdul Rahman, President of the University, said that what the Mohammed bin Rashid Library is doing is a groundbreaking cultural enlightenment project that contributes to the dissemination of the works of Emirati researchers, especially young people, in various fields of knowledge, which shows the impact of its knowledge production not only at the national level but also worldwide.

The doctoral dissertation topics included: “Innovations in Islamic Project Finance”, a fundamental legal study conducted by researcher Hania Ali Muhammad Raisi on Islamic banks in the UAE.

In addition to the researcher Rehab Al-Kilani’s message “The Transformation of the Image of the Other in Gulf Novels”, she tried to answer the questions that bothered her about the transformation of the image of the Other that began to appear in Gulf novels through her message. Literature in general and about Gulf novels in particular.

The third paper, titled “Cultural Heritage in Fictional Narratives,” was written by researcher Hanaa Al Ketbi and explores the mechanisms for studying the artistic characteristics of Emirati and Saudi fiction and its development.

The fourth paper is titled “Humanitarian Models in Gulf and Western Novels” and is written by researcher Noura Al-Badwawi.

The fifth paper, titled “Consistency and Harmony in Modern Emirati Poetry”, was written by researcher Moza Al Mansouri and is a linguistic textual research method that consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion, through which the phenomenon of consistency and harmony in modern Emirati poetry is studied.
