Dr. Badhib noted that the platform includes mechanisms enhanced by business intelligence for registering electronic requests, notifying persons concerned with requests, expediting communications, responding to electronic requests, and administrative follow-up of requests… The following strengths and features were reviewed: The platform ensures enhanced joint working, effective communication, tracking of outcomes, and measurement of impact.
