MC Ollo has spoken publicly about his decision to return to NBS Television after a brief absence from NTV Uganda for a few months.

Olo said NBS would always have a special place in his heart and despite his departure, he always thought about the station and credited the platform for contributing significantly to his career development.
MC Ollo expressed his deep admiration for the management of NBS TV, especially highlighting the influence of the TV station owner Kim Kariisa.
According to him, leaders like Kim who truly care about their employees’ professional and personal growth are rare. When Carissa approached him about returning to the company, Olo felt that he had to seriously consider the opportunity. After careful consideration, he concluded that returning to NBS was the right decision.

Recalling his time working at NTV Uganda, MC Ollo made it clear that no one at the station faced any problems.
He leaves on good terms, grateful for the experiences and lessons he gained during his tenure. However, the NBC’s call is too significant to ignore, especially given the station’s commitment to nurturing young talent, especially Gen Z talent.
Mr. King called me home. You know he loves Gen Z, he’s a good boss and gives people a lot of opportunities to grow. This place has allowed me to discover my true self, no matter what I’ve been through. It’s a blessing in disguise.
