The people behind this New Zealand agritech company are developing a world-leading methane-inhibiting pill for ruminants.

Recent trials on cattle by Ruminant BioTechs showed that using its biodegradable pellets reduced methane emissions by 75% over 100 days.

In a recent US podcast, Mark Weldon, chairman and shareholder of Ruminant BioTech, was asked about the origins of the company, which is developing a slow-release, methane-inhibiting pellet for ruminants worldwide.

The company hopes to have a commercially available injection in Australia by 2025.
