(CNS): The Royal Canadian Police Service (RCIPS) has launched a homicide investigation following a fatal stabbing in the Windsor Park area of Georgetown on Sunday morning. Officers were called to the scene around 9:30 a.m. where a man had sustained fatal injuries. A man has been arrested on suspicion of homicide in connection with the incident and remains in custody. Police have not yet provided further information about the homicide.
The victim is the second person to be murdered in the Cayman Islands this year. Travis Alexander Ebanks (29), from West Bay, was shot and killed in January. No one has been charged with murder.
