On Friday, July 19, the sky over Falconia presented a spectacular sunset, full of colors that perfectly complemented the view in the Falconia Mountains of candidate Nicolás Maduro Moros, who arrived in Coro (Milanda) to end his campaign. There are only nine days left until the presidential elections.
Since early afternoon, the revolutionary people have gathered on the newly modernized Avenida Manaure to offer unlimited support to revolutionary Galo Pinto.
With growing unity, the combined strength of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela and other organizations of the Great Patriotic Pole “Simon Bolivar” filled the streets with joy, emotion and euphoria, which showed the potential hope of victory, ensuring the achievement of peace and stability in the country.
The music, the slogans, the banners, the flags, and even the costumes that allude to Gallo Pinto, all parade together to become a party, to the rhythm of Corian drums and the lyrics of the people’s singer-songwriter Ari Primera.
Zulay González, whose face was painted with the tricolor flag, said the commitment to the country became more valid when it was seen that the opposition’s desire to gain power was to destroy the country, which had recovered with great effort from the damage caused by the very extremists they had called for sanctions and an economic blockade.
“We are here, consistent, faithful and determined to complete the work that lies before us on July 28, nothing can daunt us, we will be victorious and continue to build a national dream as great as that of Bolivar and Chavez,” said the Indian.
As night fell and the moon shone brightly, Maduro confirmed his victory in the people’s vote on July 28, opening a path for the future.
“I have a responsibility to the people, I come from the people, I always go to the people, to make Venezuela a prosperous, secure, independent country, this is my mission, and I will not let them down,” the national leader said.
On stage, the candidates sang several songs accompanied by national musical talents, filling the atmosphere with passion and enthusiasm and demonstrating the will of the revolutionaries to preserve the legacy of Chavez.
In his address to the people, Maduro stressed that he sees bright eyes in the people who are working for the 29th victory of the revolution, which is why he expressed several reasons to go out and vote, including the rejection of the Guarimba, Citgo and the theft of Venezuelan gold, which has triggered hyperinflation, as well as multiple attacks on stability.
In any case, he recalled that under his leadership they steered the country towards development and wisely overcame every obstacle to guarantee the social well-being of all Venezuelans, which is why he spoke about health and quality public education, combined clapping, vaccinations, among many other aspects.
The people of Falcon bid farewell to their Gallo Pinto with fireworks and expressed their support with warm applause, while Maduro said that “on July 28, Falcon will take to the streets to celebrate victory.”
