LG Innotek announced on the 2nd that it will open a “Partner Capability Enhancement Training Center” starting this month and begin to provide on-site practical training in earnest to enhance the capabilities of suppliers.

LG Innotek will operate the training center by participating in the National Human Resources Development Alliance High-Tech Industry Joint Training Center Project promoted by the Korea Human Resources Development Institute.

A total of 31 LG Innotek partners will participate this year, and they will receive specialized training related to production technologies such as automation system computer electronics (PLC) and robots.

Starting next year, we plan to expand into areas such as quality and cybersecurity, supporting a total of 150 companies by 2027.

LG Innotek will also hold the “2023 Shared Growth Academy” for approximately 500 CEOs and employees of partner companies over the two days ending on the 3rd.

LG Innotek has launched the Win-Win Growth Academy every year since 2012 as a channel to strengthen communication with partners. This time, it was held online so that more partner company officials could participate.

LG Innotek President Jeong Cheol-dong said, “The growth of our partners is directly related to the growth of LG Innotek, so we will continue to provide various support in order to become a partner that co-creates differentiated customer value.”
