The legendary Vella kalpi returns to Latvia’s open-air stages as a musical performance this summer, celebrating the ninetieth anniversary of the novel Trīs vella kalpi, the 55th anniversary of the feature film Vella kalpi and the 100th anniversary of the author of the film’s script.
