“From September 1, the cost for citizens to prepare mandatory notarial documents will be at least 8,000 dinars. “In comparison, the previous minimum fee for a notarial certificate was 800 dinars, which means that the cost of a low-value notarial certificate has increased tenfold. At the same time, even a unilateral legal document in the form of a notarial certificate has more than tripled in price, from 400 dinars previously to 1,300 dinars. At the same time, most document certifications are a burden for citizens, even with the smallest bureaucratic work and procedures, and from now on, notaries’ fees will double.” reaction.

This is another in a series of price increases that have made life and daily life difficult for citizens, and are imposed by the ruling party, which, instead of protecting citizens’ living standards, represents the interests of various lobby groups, making it difficult for the landless to access legal services and deepening class disparities.
