Revenues are about R$480 million more than forecast for 2024. Cuiabá City Hall Luiz Alves The City of Cuiabá has published the projected revenues of the Budget Guidance Law (LDO 2025) in the amount of R$4,811,112,605. This was approved by the City Council on Monday (29th) with 21 votes in favor and by the municipal executive. The projected revenues are more than R$480 million higher than forecast for last year. In 2024, the value of the LDO is R$4,324,838,453. According to the City Hall, the budget proposal will comply with the balance of revenues and expenditures established by law. One of the objectives is to take actions to strengthen the governance and financial sustainability of the municipality and guarantee the financial execution of the public budget. The LDO text contains a list of ongoing work by the municipal executive through their respective secretariats.The document also stipulates that the priorities are in line with the Multiannual Program (PPA) for 2022-2025, in which the action plan is divided into: Goods and services required for the implementation of the plan; Sources of resources to be used; Indicators for monitoring the effects of the PPA; Expected goals and objectives; Bodies responsible for implementation and regionalized execution of the plan. Suggestions for improvements and basic needs; Amount of investment in each area and project.
