A young Sierra Leonean fell into a well before dying. Guineematin.com learnt through a correspondent that the tragedy occurred yesterday (Sunday, June 23, 2024) in the Halawani District, Kintinyan County, Siguiri Province.
To the shock of the locals in the Halawani area, 15-year-old Mohamed Senkoumba fell into a well despite the efforts of rescuers, but he eventually died.
After receiving the notification, local government and Red Cross members immediately rushed to the scene to observe the incident. After completing administrative formalities, the victim’s body was handed over to his family for burial.
