The National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) set the official foreign exchange rate on June 14 at 27.04 UAH to 1 USD, which represents a 7 kopeck appreciation of the national currency.

On Monday, the official foreign exchange rate was fixed at 32.79 hryvnias per euro, and the hryvnia also strengthened, with the hryvnia currency having appreciated by 20 kopecks since last Friday, according to the hryvnia exchange rate. NBU website.

The Central Bank has determined the following official exchange rates of the hryvnia against major foreign currencies on June 14:

  • 100 US dollars to UAH 2,704.04 (UAH 2,710.68 on June 11);
  • 100 euros were quoted at UAH 3,279.05 (UAH 3,398.90 on June 11).

On the morning of Monday, June 14, the hryvnia traded at currency exchange offices in Kiev rose by 5 kopecks against the dollar to 27.14 hryvnias per dollar.

The Ukrainian currency also rose by 5 kopeks against the euro to 33.05 UAH to 1 euro, UNIAN correspondent reported.

On average, one dollar is worth 26.95 UAH and one euro is worth 32.65 UAH.

As of 16:00 Kyiv time on June 11, the hryvnia exchange rate against the US dollar in the interbank foreign exchange market was 27.02/27.04 hryvnia, and the exchange rate against the euro was 32.78/32.80 hryvnia.
