* Regarding user rights and account security, user rights of accounts belonging to citizens of the Republic of Turkey will be fully protected and accounts will not be closed without warning. However, closed accounts will be accessible again without warning. A fair implementation process will be managed by considering the rights of our citizens regarding deleted accounts. In terms of counter-terrorism, Meta will take the necessary care to remove accounts belonging to terrorist organizations such as PKK, PYD and FETO and all content containing propaganda that favors these organizations.

* In addition, security and public order will be protected by taking effective measures to combat terrorist propaganda and illegal content. Within the framework of these regulations, significant results have been achieved in improving the security of Turkey’s digital environment, legal compliance, protecting user rights and developing fair control mechanisms. I would also like to inform you that Meta officials will also pay a high-level visit to Turkey and have a wider participation.
