Mohammad Javad Zarif resigned after just ten days in office as Iran’s Vice President for Strategic Affairs. This was reported by TASS. He previously served as the country’s Minister of Foreign Affairs (2013-2021). The new cabinet was submitted to parliament for approval on August 11. Mohammad Javad Zarif was responsible for selecting candidates there.
