During the call, the Iranian and UAE foreign ministers stressed the need to continue dialogue and exchange views on developing bilateral relations in the economic field, consular and security cooperation, and regional cooperation.
Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the United Arab Emirates, congratulated Saeed Abbas Al Araghchi on his election as Foreign Minister and wished him success.
Speaking about the UAE’s desire to continue developing bilateral relations and continuing regional cooperation with the Islamic Republic of Iran, the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister of the UAE stressed that cooperation between Tehran and Abu Dhabi will further expand in the new era.
Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi also congratulated Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan on his appointment as Deputy Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and wished him success in this new position.
The two sides invited each other to visit Tehran and Abu Dhabi, stressing the need to continue talks and exchange views on developing bilateral relations in the economic sphere, consular and security cooperation, and regional cooperation.
