The capital has not had systematic pest control for two years. This information was presented by the Minister of Health Enis Hasanovic at a session of the KS Legislature. As reasons, he cited the problems of tenderness and constant complaints that led to his downfall. That is why, as he said, some amendments were proposed to realize the tender. The opposition reacted to his speech.

– Minister, it seems to me that you don’t know much, either consciously or unconsciously. The changes in the law and the repeal of certain articles were made in favor of certain companies that do not have the necessary references, i.e. they have a small number of employees and do not have the necessary storage space. They wanted to support the IDS Healthy Environment company, which is close to the People and Justice faction. Haris Zahiragić, the SDA representative in the KS parliament, asked during a heated discussion on the decision to amend the law why it was not reacted earlier and who will be responsible for endangering people’s health, since rodents and snakes have never appeared in KS. Regarding the mandatory preventive systematic pest control, WHO asked to withdraw the item from the agenda.

Mahir Dević of the SDA also warned of possible serious consequences.

– With this decision, your story about the fight against corruption and the public procurement system is tragic. Devi said that after this decision was passed, you should cover your head with two quilts instead of one.

Social Democratic deputy Belma Capo said the extermination must be completed today.

“I call on the Anti-Corruption Office to obtain the minutes as soon as possible and check everything submitted by my colleagues,” Capo said.

Deputies decided that the newly built streets in the Hrastovi-Mrkovići MZ will be named after Hajrudin Ivazović Beban and some streets in the MZ will be named after Elvis Husaković Eli.
