In Brest, two pistols were found during construction. The matter was reported to the Internal Affairs Bureau of the Brest Regional Executive Committee. While removing a layer of clay and straw insulation under the roof of one of the buildings, a worker found two Browning Patent pistols made in 1910, with magazines containing 9 rounds (9 mm) and 8 rounds (7.65 mm).
