Pichincha is the province with the most registrations, with a total of 872,192. Behind it are Guayas (684,363) and Manabí (255,723). The remaining provinces have less than 140,000 appointments. Here is the full list:

In the 12 months of 2023, 9,218,572 appointments were scheduled, which means that almost 40% were scheduled in just three months of 2024.

On the other hand, few users searched for diabetology, valve clinic, nuclear medicine, liver transplantation, hemodynamics, and palliative care.

Which hospital schedules the most appointments?

According to IESS data through April 2024, the Carlos Andrade Marín Specialist Hospital, also known as HCAM, in Quito is where the most medical appointments are scheduled.

A meeting was held last Monday at the Health Center with representatives of the University Health Company of Cuenca (EUS-EP), who received the Integrated Management Model for three diseases of HCAM: breast cancer, ankylosing spondylitis and cardiovascular disease-hypercholesterolemia.
