“We can’t say anything, but every plane that passes through the area is affected. Normally, though, planes fly below freezing or just above freezing and up. The less time spent in the area, the less likely it is that ice will form, but it’s able to pass, and if it settles, then it’s really complicated, but it’s certainly one of the factors that is considered a contributing factor.”
