On July 16, following an incident at a well-known hotel in the Ratchaprasong area, Police Chief General Torsak Sukwimon, Metropolitan Police Chief Lieutenant General Thiti Saengsaeng and OBEC Chief Lieutenant General Trirong Phiwphan were found dead. At the same time, it is stated that the drinks in the cups have been finished. Upon inspection, a purchased teapot was found in the bathroom. It looks very similar to oolong tea. There was a full set of mineral water, 1 bottle, and 1 bottle of water, all three of which were opened. The forensic department will prove this again. Since the death occurred more than 24 hours ago, there was no external trauma in the deceased’s condition. Only one person had a wound on his face, which was probably caused by falling and hitting a hard object. He was not attacked.
When asked if anyone had entered or left the area within 24 hours. Police Lieutenant General Titi said he is now investigating since getting off the plane.
