Director Hisham Ali Abdel Khalq announced the selection of three short films he directed for the festival’s official competition. International Film Festival of Positive Non-Violence (FICNOVA) in Spain

1- “In the Mirror” Starring the brilliant actress Mira Ezzat, who played a major role in bringing the film to light, from the script and dialogues, right down to the posters and translations, promising actress Shahinda Abdel Aziz co-stars in the film.

2-““Honest Moment” The director of the film, which stars the powerful “Yasmine Rahmi”, confirmed that if it were not for her mature acting skills and years of experience, the film would not have been exposed in such a way because its difficulty is like a single drama.

3- Movie “In This Little Corner” Shahira Abu Saif stars in her first film

The festival had its main sequel (The Most Violent) and in fact, it was the first time that a festival sent me reasons for accepting a film in official competition and these reasons were based on three main aspects as shown in the email picture.
The selection criteria are based on:
1- These actions condemn situations of violence or discrimination.
2- It provides a non-violent solution or positive change to the situation.
3- They are open to the future and serve as inspiring role models that transcend the culture itself.
Thanks to this festival, I hope that one of these productions will win one of the awards at this non-profit and respected festival, all thanks to the amazing actresses who are behind the emergence of these productions and who illuminate their art form with their hard work and passion.
