It is also very important to consume vitamin C contained in oranges, tangerines, pineapples, and kiwis, as well as vitamin A contained in spinach, carrots, etc.

Yasmine Zerbo advises patients with hepatitis to stop drinking alcohol and drastically reduce sugar and fat in their diet. This is because sugar is stored in the liver, alcohol is metabolized there, and fat is absorbed there.

You should also limit foods high in animal fats. Since the liver cannot produce enough bile to eliminate them, you must replace high-fat meats with beans and fish.
