Haniyeh’s coffin arrives in Qatari capital

The coffin of Ismail Haniyeh, chairman of the political bureau of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), arrived in the Qatari capital on Thursday, according to the Qatar News Agency, Al Jazeera reported.

Haniyeh is scheduled to be buried in Qatar, where he shares a residence with other members of Hamas’s politburo, after prayers are said for him at the Imam Mohammed bin Abdul Wahab Mosque, Doha’s largest mosque, after Friday prayers.
