Gulf Air has announced the launch of its new seasonal flights to the Greek island of Rhodes, with the airline hosting a traditional water salute in addition to a host of other celebrations to welcome its arrival at Rhodes International Airport.
The company said it will operate flights from Bahrain International Airport to Rhodes International Airport via Mykonos from June 1 to September 28, 2024, using Airbus 320neo aircraft, with two flights per week on Thursdays and Saturdays.
On this occasion, a Gulf Air spokesperson confirmed that the addition of the city of Rhodes to the list of scheduled flights and tourist destinations from Bahrain to Greece this season is in line with the framework of the airline’s strategic vision, which aims to strengthen its network and He explained that Rhodes is Gulf Air’s third destination in Greece, in addition to scheduled flights to Athens and seasonal flights to Mykonos, which were launched on June 1, adding that this move reflects Gulf Air’s keenness to provide passengers with high-quality services and a unique travel experience, flying to more than 60 destinations through Bahrain International Airport.
