Roosevelt Hospital in western Guatemala City implemented evacuation protocols on Wednesday due to a suspected bomb attack inside the medical center facility.
The Guatemalan National Police’s K9 unit began taking action to curb this alleged threat. Likewise, the fire brigade, ambulance and motor pump also arrived.
According to preliminary information, authorities and hospital staff have been evacuated since the bomb threat was detected in the hospital.
