Gracia Sacher’s love for beer is almost unbearable. On her left forearm she has the recipe for her favorite drink: water + malt + hops + yeast + love. She has two large hop plants in her garden. When the September berries are ripe, Sacher uses them to brew her own beer. Completely non-commercial, only for friends and family. In 2015, she stumbled upon a beer tasting and, she says, “I fell in love with beer from that moment on.”
