Vardar, the Macedonian football club that has won the most trophies, will welcome its third head coach this season. This morning the “Red and Black” team informed that Goran Petreski and his assistants resigned after the heavy defeat to Voska.

“My professional team and I are responsible for two consecutive defeats and from today we will no longer perform coaching duties at the club. I have always given my whole heart to Vardar, and this time was no exception. I regret that all the love and dedication did not bring the expected results.” – Goran Petreski said.

Two weeks ago, the popular “Chunga Lunga” was appointed as the new leader of Vardar after breaking up with Gorazd Mikhailov.

Afterwards, he ambitiously stated that exiting Europe was the goal of the Rossoneri, but after two disastrous defeats, 0-3 to Shkupi and 1-3 to Voska, he clearly withdrew from this position.
