But if you are not sure in which direction to go, the experts have a great plan for you that includes many things – from eliminating excess fluid, veins, capillaries, to tightening the skin of the legs, all the way to hydration. Follow him!

Remove excess fluid

Eliminating excess water is the first step to perfect legs. Products based on salt, ginger, caffeine can help you in this regard… Exercise will also be of great help, so try to walk for at least half an hour every day. A healthy diet will also stimulate the elimination of excess water from the body.
