Germany announced on Friday that it had sent 28 convicted Afghan citizens to Afghanistan.
German authorities said among those sent to Kabul from Leipzig airport on Friday were violent criminals and Syrian sex offenders, including an Afghan man who took part in the gang rape of a 14-year-old girl.
Zakfar Ahmadi spoke to Nasrallah Stanikzai, a former professor of law and political science at Kabul University, and asked him what the German move meant.
