Germany is stronger than the storm, outlasting Denmark and continuing to dominate the eurozone

The match was interrupted by a spectacular rainstorm, but Germany eventually broke down Denmark’s resistance, won and advanced to the quarter-finals. It wasn’t always convincing, but the better team won.

Germany, which had started the European Championship well, managed to stay top of the group by edging out Switzerland in their final group match.
