Libreville, Tuesday, August 20, 2024 (Infos Gabon) – In his address to the nation on August 16, 2024, as part of the celebrations of Gabon’s 64th anniversary of joining international sovereignty, the Transitional President called on his compatriots to build together the Holy Alliance of Gabon that everyone desires.
For General Brice Clotel Origi Nguema, schools, roads, buildings, hospitals have certainly been built, but we should not stop there, on such good progress, because we have to send humans into orbit, because it remains a thorny knot, the best epicenter of all activities.
Recalling that the founding fathers of the country and all those who have breathed life into the country’s political and public life laid the foundations of the edifice we have been running for 64 years, the Head of State explained that they have clarified our path to peace, harmony and social cohesion.
The transitional president expressed his ambition to create a new type of Gabonese by eliminating bad mentalities. To this end, he proposed five main objectives: to root Gabon in the rule of law, to restore the nobility of the country, to guarantee the right to education and health for all, to restore hope to young people, and to restructure the national economy to guarantee a dignified life for all.
