In the Valle de La Luna Airport Urbanization in Chiriquí, a garbage collection truck was stuck for 14 hours with electrical wires plugged into the back of the vehicle. Workers had to spend the afternoon, evening and early morning inside the vehicle because of the current. No one left and residents were angry.
