About half of the company’s fleet of 21 ferries and 34 buses are under contract to Auckland Regional Transport.

Souter Holdings Fullers, the holding company for ferry operator Fullers360, expects revenue for the year to March 2024 to reach $80.3 million, up 14% from $70.2 million the previous year.

The company is owned by Edinburgh private equity firm Souter Investments, which is controlled by Scottish entrepreneur Brian Souter.
