The fire broke out near Solin, near Split, Croatia, at around 3:30 pm on Sunday. The fire had already approached residential buildings in the resort. Firefighters from Zadar, Šibenik and Dubrovnik have been there since they arrived, but the wind did not help them and made it more difficult to put out the fire.
