The African Union-convened meeting of Sudanese political and civilian forces in Addis Ababa approved preparatory steps for a post-war Sudan-Sudan dialogue, implicitly isolating the former ruling National Congress Party, forming a caretaker government and unifying Sudan’s military establishment.
