Fijian rugby sevens players who win silver medals at the 2024 Paris Olympics will each receive a $20,000 bonus as part of an incentive package approved by the Fijian government in June.
The program awards $50,000 to gold medalists, $20,000 to silver medalists, and $10,000 to bronze medalists.
Fiji lost to host France 7-28, while South Africa defeated Australia 26-19 to win the bronze medal.
