Fire breaks out on Ferris wheel in Germany
According to German newspapers Bild A fire on a Ferris wheel near Leipzig injured about 30 people. Most of them suffered minor injuries, the newspaper wrote. Four of the injured were police officers, Bild wrote.
– Police spokesman Josephin Sader told Bild on Saturday evening that for unknown reasons one of the gondolas caught fire and spread to the other.
Two people were seriously injured, according to the Red Cross emergency manager.
No deaths have been reported so far.
