An explosion occurred in Tel Aviv, the capital of Israel, killing one person in his 50s and injuring one person.
Israeli security forces issued a statement stressing that an explosive device exploded on Rashi Street in Tel Aviv.
The statement pointed out that the incident resulted in the death of one unidentified person and one injured person receiving treatment in hospital.
Tel Aviv Interior Director Peretz Amar said the man who died in the blast was carrying explosives.
