Exchange Notes: On 14-15 May, members of the Namibian Public Service Commission Secretariat attended the SADC Public Service Commissions Workshop in Cape Town, South Africa, aimed at creating a SADC Public Service Commissions Forum and Benchmarking. The Forum will serve as a platform for the Public Service Commissions to share expertise and experiences. It further seeks to strengthen public service delivery by implementing various reforms in the public service sector. The meeting was attended by delegates from the Kingdom of Swaziland, Lesotho, Mauritius, Namibia, Seychelles, Tanzania, Zimbabwe and the host country, South Africa. Photo: Contributor
