EU and 21 countries sign historic Ukraine treaty

• Accelerate efforts to develop future armed forces to support credible defense and deterrence, including through the Ukrainian Defense Contact Group, which will convene a ministerial-level meeting within six months;
• If Russia launches an armed attack against Ukraine after the end of the current hostilities, please quickly convene a collective meeting at the highest level to determine the next appropriate steps to support Ukraine in exercising its right to self-defense.
