Pago Pago, American Samoa— Earlier this week, the U.S. gymnastics team (aka the Golden Girls) were asked about their Olympic Village menu and how they enjoy French cuisine. While other athletes hesitated, Simone Biles quickly spoke up about her hot topic.

“Give me all the desserts,” she said in a voiceover as she devoured a plastic-wrapped pastry in one video. “That’s great, give me 14 now.”

“Girl, let’s take you to the bakery,” one user joked in the comments.

Another chimed in: “They are delicious but make sure to get her chocolate bread from the bakery.” Others even went as far as calling it a “crime.”

Luckily, she was soon served “freshly baked chocolate bread,” head coach Cécile Canqueteau-Landi told NBC.

“Well, here’s the thing, I don’t think we can get authentic French food like you guys do in the Olympic Village because you’re outside of the Olympic Village,” Biles told reporters, according to The Huffington Post. “French food is a little bit healthier for the athletes.”

While Biles added that she “thought the pizza was delicious,” her teammate Hezley Rivera was less subtle in her assessment.

“I don’t think it’s very good, at least not what we had in the restaurant,” she chimed in. “I definitely think French food is good, but what we had there, I don’t think it was the best, but it got the job done.”

Haitian track and field Olympian Emilia Chatfield also spoke out. In fact, she gave the film a 0/10, calling it “disgusting,” and added that it only scored a 2/10 “some days.”
