Kuwait City, July 6: A truck driver was behaving erratically and driving recklessly on King Fahd Road towards Nuwasib when some concerned youths intervened. They managed to stop the truck and handed the driver over to the rescue patrol. The driver was then handed over to the traffic police department for legal and administrative action.
