Muscat: Dream Villa Group, in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, proudly announced on Thursday the opening of its Al Ahlam District Sales Centre in Sultan Haitham City. The event was attended by Dr. Khalfan bin Saeed Al Shueili, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning.
Al Ahlam District is a premium residential development in Sultan Haitham City Phase 1, with 47 single-family villas spread over 33,579 square meters of land. Each villa combines architectural elegance with sustainable design, setting a new benchmark for luxurious and environmentally friendly living.
Qais al Bahri, CEO of Dream Villa Group, expressed his delight at the launch of the project: “We are honoured to have the trust of the government and are delighted to launch the Al Ahlam district in line with Oman Vision 2040. Our mission is to provide high-quality, sustainable villas that meet the needs of diverse and evolving families. As the Dream Villa team, our goal is to become a trusted innovator in Oman’s lifestyle solutions sector, spanning residential development and hospitality. We are committed to designing and building sustainable, high-quality living spaces that blend authentic Omani traditions with modern innovation.”
The project is an example of a modern residential complex with villas starting from 400 square meters and using the latest smart technologies for lighting, security and climate control to ensure a modern living experience that meets sustainable standards.
Al Alam District is strategically located with easy access to transport links, a quiet environment that ensures privacy, and is just a short walk away from public schools, private clinics, mosques, major city mosques, shopping malls and universities, all within a five-minute walk.
“Our goal is to enhance the quality of life by creating an integrated community with comprehensive facilities and amenities, integrating sustainability into every aspect of the project. Our aim is to promote social interaction and build a cohesive community,” added Al Bahri.
The area features 16-meter-wide pedestrian streets, ample parking, well-lit roads, and a 5-meter-wide green corridor with seating areas and gardens. The community park has a large shaded children’s play area and small gardens with seating and picnic space. In addition, the community has beautifully landscaped, well-lit walking and jogging paths and dedicated bicycle paths.
Each villa features a covered garage, BBQ area, master bedroom balcony and rooftop garden, offering a unique lifestyle in the heart of Sultan Haitham City.
Notably, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning recently signed agreements with a number of local and international real estate developers to develop six residential areas in Sultan Haitham City, with an investment of more than OMR 1.1 billion in the first phase (2024-2030). These projects include the “Dream Villas” initiative, which will develop a community (6B) covering more than 33,000 square meters, including 47 residential units, consolidating Sultan Haitham City’s position as a leading residential destination in the Sultanate of Oman.
