He stressed that as long as the strong spirit of the generation of the victory in the War of Resistance against Japan in defending the motherland and the revolution is continuously carried forward as the unique and irresistible force of our country and people, Korean-style socialism will surely win.
Kim Jong-un said that it is the sacred mission and responsibility of our generation to reliably defend our ideology and social system, which the victorious generation defended with their blood, and build a people’s paradise for the happiness of future generations on this land that embodies the noble souls of our ancestors. He said that we must steadily write the glorious history of the strong and prosperous Republic and embark on the great journey of inheritance and prosperity.
The participants looked around the cemetery with reverence, laid flowers at the martyrs’ tombs, and vowed to gloriously inherit the noble souls and spirits of the heroes. On every battlefield of the Fatherland Liberation War that determined the fate of the country, these heroes ran for victory, shouted long live the leader and the country, and laid a solid foundation for our Republic in the great changes of history.
